Our FREE Basic plan includes all essential features. We recommend trying it before upgrading to paid plans.

You ARE Eligible for a Refund If:

You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase

The app has a critical bug that prevents core functionality and we cannot fix it within 72 hours

You were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our part

You were charged after cancelling your subscription (processing error)

The app is completely unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days
You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund If:

More than 7 days have passed since your purchase

You simply changed your mind after using the service

Your device is incompatible with the app (minimum requirements are listed)

Issues are caused by your internet connection or device

You have extensively used the premium features during the period

Your account was suspended for Terms of Service violation

- Reason for refund request

Review Process
We will review your request within 3-5 business days and contact you with the outcome.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.

Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider. While we initiate refunds promptly, your financial institution may take additional time to credit your account.

How to Cancel
- Open WAZOBIA-invoice app
- Go to Settings â Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
What Happens When You Cancel
You can continue using paid features until the end of your current billing period
Your data remains safe and accessible
You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the FREE Basic plan
All your invoices and data are preserved

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

Cancelling your subscription does NOT automatically trigger a refund. You must contact our customer service team to request a refund after cancellation.

To ensure fair and accurate refund processing, our system automatically records:
Cancellation Date & Time
Exact timestamp of your cancellation
Account Identifier
Your unique business/user ID
Device Information
Device used to cancel subscription
Payment Details
Original transaction reference and amount
Usage History
Features used during subscription period
Cancellation Reason
If provided during cancellation
Steps to Request a Refund After Cancellation
Cancel in the App First
Go to Settings â Subscription â Cancel Subscription. This creates a verified cancellation record in our system.

Provide Required Information

Verification & Processing
Our team will verify your cancellation record and usage history. Eligible refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.

When you cancel your subscription, our administrators are automatically notified. This helps ensure faster processing when you contact us for a refund, as your cancellation is already on record.

Legal Action
As a last resort, disputes may be resolved through arbitration or the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
